Estella SteacySo far it's been amazing! The sales lady we started with was wonderful. I should get her name lol. She DID NOT start or at any time do the " finance push", like how much do you want to spend, how much do you want to put down, yada yada. She was a true person not just the sales representative. She let us take our time, test drive everything. THEN we switched to the finance man Joe. He was absolutely FABULOUS. Open book, pure transparency ( except for the tank of gas i wanted lol )..He explains EVERYTHING. Leaves nothing unanswered. Is totally there for all questions and help. Is willing to answer and help with any questions. Goes above and beyond. We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude L and will be going back to them for our next vehicle without a doubt or question. But I will leave another review in say 6 mos AFTEE the sale. Thank You Licari Motors!!! You guys are awesome!!!

Andrew TrojnarToday I dropped my car off to Licari Motor to have a new set of tires installed on my Honda Accord. It was seamless! Upon entering, I was greeted by one of the owners, who was very nice and had a great personality! He walked me back to service where I met Joe, another owner, also very nice! I came back an hour and a half later to pick up my car. All 4 tires were installed and it looked perfect! Before leaving I spoke briefly with the owner Joe again, who was nice enough to explain why I needed a specific tire on my car as its hybrid, and not just any tire that’s of the same size. Greatly appreciate the transparency! And I can’t forget to mention, their head tech Mike Bass is THE man!! Go check out Licari Motor in Herkimer!💯
