Vanessa BarrDrove from Fort Drum and everything was worth the drive. Everyone was super friendly, boutique was adorable and smelled amazing from the first step. I had a wonderful massage where Haley listened to all my concerns and needs. I walked into her room where the lighting was relaxing, music was soothing and fun as well as a beautiful waterfall fountain. I have had massages at many places and her room was by far the most soothing and relaxing. I cannot recommend her enough. I had a great facial by Colleen who answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations. I was so relaxed during my facial that I fell asleep and had to ask her if I was snoring. All the products she used had a soothing scent that didn’t irritate my allergies and helped me to fully relax. As a mental health therapist, my husband knew I needed something to help me de-stress and do some self care. This was the perfect gift and I loved the entire experience.

Joy ShenkToday I was able to enjoy watching my daughters in love get manicures by Colleen and Samantha. They were wonderful both with giving the manicures and their beautiful personalities. I then was also got a manicure by Colleen and it was an incredibly enjoyable day! Thank you girls for making our girl day so much fun!

Claire LaCavaI purchased the cutest gold chain with heart links, permanent bracelets for my daughter, daughter-in-law and myself. The technician was very friendly, professional and took her time with each of us. We would highly recommend Refresh & Renew.

Cindy KelseyHad a wonderful massage today with Hailey. The table was warmed, flannel sheets on yhe bed and warmed oil. This Florida girl was loving it! Hailey definitely knew what she was doing! The boutique when you first walk in was awesome with great clothes and accessories and the whole staff was great! Thank you!
