Douglas KirkpatrickNew to Old Forge and this dealership. They have been busy every time I've been there, but have been nothing short of excellent in all my dealing with them. There is a reason they are the #1 dealer, its not just the snow. They are capable and prompt, well informed and willing to help. Just an update. I have been snowmobiling in the old Forge area now for six years. This dealership continues to impress me with their competence and their willingness to help sort out problems for my now older snowmobile. Things are fixed right the first time at reasonable cost. George at the front desk is knowledgeable, helpful and willing to get your problem solved as quickly as possible. Getting close to purchasing another snowmobile and I wouldn’t consider purchasing it from anyone else nor having it serviced elsewhere but Smith Marine.

David AlubowiczNot only did they do an over the top job of giving me the sled that served the functional balance of a high performance single and an amenity loaded, plush double, but they also got my 25 year old Formula Z running like the day I bought it! Whike we waited, we got the best orientation we'd ever gotten for any mee machine, ever, not too mention honest direction how we should gear up and accessorize.. My family and friends had one of the best snowmobiling weekends ever thanks to Smith Marine and they're a big reason why we'll be getting our lake cabin nearby. They are where my family shops 1st!!!
