Douglas KirkpatrickNew to Old Forge and this dealership. They have been busy every time I've been there, but have been nothing short of excellent in all my dealing with them. There is a reason they are the #1 dealer, its not just the snow. They are capable and prompt, well informed and willing to help. Just an update. I have been snowmobiling in the old Forge area now for six years. This dealership continues to impress me with their competence and their willingness to help sort out problems for my now older snowmobile. Things are fixed right the first time at reasonable cost. George at the front desk is knowledgeable, helpful and willing to get your problem solved as quickly as possible. Getting close to purchasing another snowmobile and I wouldn’t consider purchasing it from anyone else nor having it serviced elsewhere but Smith Marine.

Great dealer , knowledgeable staff and owners , Had secondary rollers needed during the prime of the season they promised repairs and completed on time , one other time I had a helmet issue , they worked thru till it was resolved !! always try to accommodate you even when they are busy.
