Sheila KornMy husband & I patronized the gallery this past Tuesday as soon as we arrived in Old Forge. The photography was absolutely beautiful...so much so that we purchased 3 photos, 2 we picked out and 1 that needed to be printed. Kurt said he could probably have it printed by the time we left on Friday but if not he would he would text/call us to let us know and he would ship to us. We paid for the entire purchase, never heard from Kurt and returned to the gallery on our way out of town Friday morning. The lady that opened the store said our photo had not been printed, asked if we had paid for it (which we had) and gave us the choice of taking a different but similar photo. This situation could have turned out differently if there had been some follow through. It made us feel as though our business didn't matter & left us extremely disappointed.
