Tom Nook 360The rooms where pretty good. They had a nice feel to them. But the staff did not know what a plunger was. The fact the hotel is cashless is not very good either me and my brother had spend a full hour trying to get the arcade working. You need a proprietary card they don't offer any cash solution. The breakfast offered was not the best but is fine for a quick bite. It is good for those who are making trips for Water Safari and planed for multiple days.

Shawn SurmaRight across the street from Enchanted Forest Water Safari Park is awesome for the location. Breakfast that is included is modest but not terrible at all. The room was very nice but dated. We had a handicapped room so the bathroom was very nice and large especially the shower. The view was pretty nice as well. The front desk staff were okay but not super friendly.

Dena LynnWe had a great time there. It was right across the street from the water Safari park. I got to feed the deer and lots of ducks. They have an indoor pool my grandson and granddaughter loved. Free breakfast in the morning. We've been there maybe 5 times already.

Jordan LaribeeThe room was nice, despite being in the basement. Staff was helpful to a point, check-in took some time. Place seemed very thinly staffed. It's not terrible but I would say find somewhere nicer to stay.
