Starstruck By LondonMy wife and I were driving through Little Falls looking for a place to eat, when we saw Ed’s was open. I’m so glad we decided to try it out. We have lived out of the country for 11 years, so getting an authentic New York style pizza was a real treat. We each got our own small pizza- they were large enough that we couldn’t finish them. Mine was a sausage and green pepper thin crust, and it was amazing. Tasty sauce that wasn’t too sweet, or too tangy. Perfect toppings and a fluffy crust. Totally superb experience. The staff was really nice. I hope Ed’s opens a restaurant in Paris!

I'm used to a large being a 12 cut like how the capital region has it and it's usually the same price as a 8 cut around here. The meat lovers is my favorite. Their wings are always amazing. My husband loves the everything wings .

Robert JayI order here anytime I want a thinner crust pizza, which is probably 66% of the times I want pizza. It's the closest to authentic NYC pizza you're going to find anywhere within an hour drive, possibly farther but that's as far as I've gone in my local pizza sampling. Good sauce and cheese with the correct proportions, and classic thinner but not too thin, slightly crispy crust, I am a sucker for pepperoni and they have the good classic kind, and the toppings are on top of the cheese like it's supposed to be. Nothing fancy, just a consistent NY style pie, ready in 20 minutes. Throw a little parmesan sprinkle and a little crushed red pepper on there and fuhgeddaboudit. I'm not a Dave Portnoy fan but I would estimate he'd give it an 8.5. Also they're open more and later than the other options so they get my late evening munchie vote as well.

Angie FranklinThis is pizza done right. As soon as we walked in we were warmly welcomed. The place was clean and everyone was working hard. The staff was friendly and very helpful. First they brought out our jalapeño popper. Perfect. Hot and tasty. When the pizza arrived I was even more impressed. Exactly what we ordered and delicious.
