Marilyn JonesI'd like to give a rainbow of stars to North Street Powersports in Old Forge, NY Dave, Ashley Romeo and Mike are the best! I crashed my brand new sled last year with only 5 miles on it!!! (Don't ask me how, with 30 years of snowmobiling experience - my only defense is that Polaris moved their rear-view mirrors down around your knees so you are forced to take your eyes off the trail... 🙄). I broke my A-arm and damaged some other bits - enough to render the sled relatively unsteerable (yet I made it back down trail 5 to the shop - those 30 years did pay off!). Dave and his crew had me back on the trails the next day! It was Snowfest weekend and they managed to get the suspension parts from a dealer in Utica, have them shipped up the same day, installed them the next morning and had me back on the trails that afternoon! The cosmetic pieces came later and I am back in the saddle again this year. We are SO blessed to have this great shop with wonderful mechanics and management/ support staff right at the gate to the trails! Thank You, everyone at North Street!

John SpauldingA nice independent snowmobile and OPE shop. Owner and employees were very nice. It's just out of sight from 28 but only by a block. Tons of clothing, helmets and accessories, plus they have a shop for repairs and store sleds over the summer. Plenty of parking.
