Robert TiptonThe bed and pillows were hard. The sheet was stained. The staff fixed the sheet issue quickly. But the pillow and bed remain hard (did not give the staff a chance to fix the bed/pillow issue but they were “packed” for the 4th of July weekend. Awesome view. We were right on the lake and we were right across the street from the Enchanted Forest water Safari waterpark. Complementary breakfast was good. And the refill sodas from the park can be refilled at the hotel. That was pretty cool. My youngest loved chasing the ducks. But the lake was high and we couldn’t get on the pier.

Arianna MasonRented this hotel as a last minute thing after spending the day at Water Safari, it's a bit pricey but I think it was worth it in the end. The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful the building itself is beautiful and very clean, beds were comfy and the deck off the room was perfect to sit down, enjoy the view and decompress when the kids went to bed. They also had a little "store" where we could purchase things if need be, I bought champagne and two glasses and it was delicious and very well priced. We will absolutely stay here again, it's central to the downtown shops and restaurants as well. It is walking distance about 1/4 mile but we drove and parked to walk around since we had kids.

Jennifer WhitakerCute room, clean and friendly staff. The sauna is a nice one, but it takes about 45 min to heat up, not 10 like the sign says. Usually there is a shower nearby the sauna, but not here. The pool was nice. Great views and quiet.
