upickemOwnership and Management: According to Google, new owners in 2021, but they do not seem to be hands on or present in any capacity. Property is managed by an on-site property manager, who seemed very nice. But, shortcomings we experienced:|1. No email confirmation of reservations, as per industry standard.|2. No reply to email inquiries.|3. Inconsistent accessibility, both in person and by phone. |4. No payment receipt.||Room: The highlight for sure were the beds (two queens) and the bedding, all very nice. We also appreciated the table with two chairs, the small microwave, the small, but efficient, refrigerator, the coffee maker, and what appeared to be a pretty recent coat of paint on walls and ceilings. The room was also comfortable as far as size. However, other aspects of the room were a little shabby and could use some TLC, as follows:|1. Badly stained carpet.|2. Creaky floor at entry.|3. Lampshade falling apart over the table.|4. Furniture is old and quite warn and missing a few handles.|5. Ceiling fan in bathroom very noisy and disturbing. ||For us, it just seemed like the room suffered from some neglect and could be much nicer with some attention to the details.

Jeremy L.Got us in last minute and allowed our dog. Nice pool, ice cream and mini golf nearby, a few minute drive to Downtown which is nice because it's quiet but in a 3 minute drive you can be downtown listening to live music.

Phil SanzoneMy family and I stayed there July 18-22nd, 2025 and booked 4 rooms. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable with I think 4 pillows per bed. It is located in a great spot close to everything the area has to offer. There is a pool and a firepit along with 2 more fire pits on the courtyard side of the property. I can not say enough about the 2 gentlemen who were there every day cleaning and running the office. 110% polite, pleasant and just the type of staff you would want to see on a daily basis. Kudos to Blue Spruce for finding these 2 great workers!!
