PHILIP FINKLESat us in the lobby area with 50*ac blowing on us. Surprised with paper napkins no placemats…ordered right away but food wait was too long, Veal parm with ziti, I thought veal was small portion and sauce was bland. Wife’s Ribeye was nice size but very chewy came with mushrooms and mashed potatoes which didn’t make up for the toughness. Thought it would be a quality choice but disappointed

fransienk21We weren’t offered the optional dressing for our salad. We both ordered the shrimp and scallops scampi. Scallops were not seared but were boiled in the sauce. They were soggy. Waitress was robotic and less than friendly. First poor experience at Frankie’s.

Nikki BivoneBeen here multiple times. Very disappointed this time. Made a reservation a week ahead. We were a large party and were very flexible on a day & time. Left it up to the restaurant to decide when the best time for them would be. They chose Reservation of 7:15 on Friday night. We did not get served food until 9:30 pm. Everyone in The restaurant was served before us. Gave us appetizers and did not come back for 45 min to check or get more drinks. Asked when our food was coming and was told by the bartender “ it is Friday night” . Overall a disappointing experience.

Kate BartletWe followed chef Julian from a smaller restaurant in Old Forge because his food is just that good! What struck me on last week's visit was how cheerful and helpful to each other all the staff was on a very busy summer night. Entrees come with salad but we also split a Caesar in a parmesan cheese bowl; so special. The only disappointment was that they had a run on Gelato the day before and hadn't had a chance to make more. I guess I just need to go back soon.

Hannah PaigeSo good!! I’ve gone to old forge every year for a while and never tried this place before. I got the chicken cacciatore and it was delicious. Perfectly grilled and the sauce and veggies on top were amazing. Nice atmosphere and the vibe is very cool. Great service and we got our food pretty quick. The gelato was also amazing, I got vanilla and it was very good and had a rich strong vanilla flavor. Everything was very good!
