TrentMy family came here to visit the local water park and found this place to stay. Upon our arrival the motel was cute and rustic themed. The rooms were well appointed and maintained for what they were. There were multiple community amenities like a gas barbecue in the gazebo, an indoor pool, and board games available for checkout. The staff seemed friendly and welcoming and informed us about their multiple policies of no refunds for choosing to leave early, fines for smoking, any room damage, missing items, etc. which did not seem outrageous. The beds are not very supportive and very soft so be aware that if you are someone with back issues…you are probably going to have a bad night. The bathroom is simple and again, to be expected for what it is. The point of being here is to sleep and have a “home base” not to hang out in the motel room.

Tina1426We've stayed at this motel in the past and it has been updated. The furniture is nice, but the bathrooms and carpet look the same as they did 25 years ago. The pool was nice, as well as the pavilion and gas grill for everyone to use. Super close to many stores, restaurants and attractions. The only thing I really didn't like was that they didn't have shears in the windows. I really dislike having to close the black out drapes during the day, so people walking by can't look in.
