DeAndre WaltersFigured I’d give Fat Cats a try haven’t had anything from here in a long time. Usually you expect the food from a place like this to hit just right - didn’t for me. Don’t get me wrong wonderful people, nice at the counter and everything. However my Fish and Chips - The fish itself was super bland, fish had no seasoning and was dry. Fries were Fries, over salted but ok. The Shrimp - Shrimp wasn’t even peeled. Also super bland. I’m biting into it and chewing and tasting bits of the shrimp skin. So awesome. Appreciate the effort but some seasoning, and de-skinning the shrimp would’ve been awesome

Austin CaldwellFriendly staff and prompt service. Fish dinner was very good and a generous portion for the price. Definitely a place loved by locals. Don't let the worn down exterior fool you.

Kenneth BakerA local dive that offers the most amazing seafood, ever. I ordered the Fried Scallops, which were very lightly breaded, and cooked to perfection. Tender and moist, and OH the flavor. Best I've had in many decades. My wife had the Fish and Chips, which were also cooked perfectly. Price was extremely reasonable, staff and servers were super friendly It was obvious from the steady, heavy, traffic both in the dining room, as well as the take out counter, that this is a local treasure.
