Mark LaurihaI am traveling through Herkimer as part of my empire State Trail cycling adventure.We were very pleasantly surprised. This hotel was much nicer than many three stars that we have stayed at. Room updated and very clean- Tasha was our housekeeping person. Nice lighting as many places, we stay at have a lack of lighting and sterile light color. You could tell the owners cared much attention to detail. Staff very nice. Rachael in the food service area kept this exceptionally clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Garth CookLocation of the hotel is very convenient for me. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are always clean. Only complaint I have is the price increase of about 65.00 a day the 4th of July weekend.

Chris ShetzlerI can't say enough about the staff at this place. The rooms were always clean and tidy and the staff always stopped to say hello when walking by. We left 4 days ago to come home and we didn't even realize iur son left his stuffed animal in the room. Today, we came home to a package in the mail. They went out of their way to ship it to us. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Maureen McEnteeNot all Red Roof Inn’s are the same. RRI in Herkimer, NY works so well for our family when traveling to the area. Not disappointed at all over the past several years. Year after year, familiar staff faces say a lot! Always time for a “hello” or “good morning”, whether sweeping debris in the parking lot, or maintaining the breakfast area, or pushing the laundry carts! The lobby is very cheerfully decorated, not fancy, but tastefully simple and bright. We bring our Labrador Retriever’s to the area for training workshop’s, the motel grounds are well lighted and feel safe, grass is maintained, poop bags available for cleanup. Hospitality all around, is done right! Thank you and thumbs up Red Roof Inn, Herkimer, NY.
