Since I live in Seattle, I was searching for delivery service and Phoebe made this process of ordering over the phone super easy and quick. If you’re looking for a personable and quality experience of service, quality stems AND design, this is it! My mom absolutely loved the flowers and was able to put them in one of her vases at home. 10/10 🙂
