Saranac 1973My elderly mother, had an order with a big box store. They 3rd party outsource the delivery. Left the dryer in driveway and left. They told her they don't remove doors for delivery. She returned the dryer and purchased one from Robinson brothers. Price was $10 less than big box store. The two young men delivered dryer , installed, in 15 minutes. The men was extremely polite and helpful withy moms request. I will always recommend Robinson Brothers over any one.

Nikki HarperReview 1- We chose to purchase this Frigidaire stove through a local appliance store rather than a big-box retailer because we expected better service. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. From the moment I started using the stove after it was installed by Robinson, I kept telling my husband that something didn’t seem right. He initially reassured me that it was just a new appliance and that I would need time to get used to it. Unfortunately, as I continued using it, the issues became more noticeable and progressively worse. Within three weeks of purchase, we began noticing a strong gas smell. The oven makes a loud “whoosh” sound when igniting, which is very unsettling and feels unsafe. The surface burners also turn our cookware black, as if we’re cooking over a campfire rather than using a gas range. When we tried to address the issue, we were sent on a frustrating runaround. We were told by Robinson to contact Frigidaire, then told by Frigidaire that Robinson was not a registered service provider. After they scheduling a different service company, Robinson called back to say they would be sending a technician after all. The lack of clear communication about who was responsible for servicing the stove was confusing and unprofessional. Although the unit was eventually serviced, something still does not feel right, and we do not feel confident using a brand-new appliance. Overall, this has been a very concerning experience for a brand new appliance. I’m following up on the review I posted last week to share an update on how this situation was resolved. Review 2 Robinsons worked with us to allow for an exchange of the stove after the continued issues with our original purchase and the concern that we may have received a lemon. We truly appreciate their willingness to stand behind their customer and make things right. They were prompt with both service and delivery of the replacement range, and the process was handled professionally and efficiently. The new stove has been installed, and so far, everything is working as expected. While the initial experience was very stressful and disappointing, we do want to acknowledge Robinsons for stepping in, addressing the situation, and providing a solution. Their responsiveness and follow-through on the exchange made a big difference, and we appreciate their effort to resolve the issue properly.

They were so patient and helpful when helping me choose my appliances, delivery and installation was a breeze, and they even helped me fill out rebate forms. Cara and Alyssa especially were so wonderful. Their prices were the same as any big box store, and their customer service can’t be beat, they definitely deserve your business!!
