Kathryne AlfredsonA truly rejuvenating experience. Barry and Denise present a well themed, professional, and comforting environment coupled with an old school customer service style that really made a simple weekend trip into a memorable event. I cannot recommend this place enough. And don't skip the breakfast!

Boaz FridmanIf you want to feel like nobility in a Colonial period this is the place to visit. Barry and Denise are amazing hosts and the place just takes you back to 1865. Everything in my visit was perfect and relaxing and then came THE BREAKFAST! Barrys breakfast is just unbelievable... it was without a doubt one of the best breakfast I ever had on my trips and the Blueberry pancake was the BEST I ever had! Thank you Barry and Denise for everything, I will be back for sure!

Christine LachiusaIf you need accommodations anywhere in central New York, this is without a doubt the place to stay. Barry and Denise are amazing hosts in this spectacular Victorian home. I would rave about the breakfast, but there aren’t adequate words to describe the bacon. I’m not a breakfast person, but I ate everything! Thank you again for a fabulous weekend.

Sus S-BWhat a wonderful stay! Raindrops on Roses is a beautiful bed-and-breakfast, and we felt comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. The house itself is lovely, the accommodations were comfortable and exceptionally clean, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and more than filling—and I have to give a special mention to the bacon. It was exceptional! Our hosts were warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. They clearly take great pride in both their home and in making their guests feel welcome. Raindrops on Roses is one of those places that makes a trip feel a little more special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone traveling in the area!

Paul MarianiRaindrops on Roses, what a blessed place! Oh, and Denise and Barry, such perfect hosts! And that generous breakfast--divine to the taste! Candelabras and wallpapers and so much to toast! What a home in a home in New York's upstate. So much to be thankful for. Ah! and those roses to boast!

eric bertz7/21/26 - What a gem of a place to stay! We were traveling through upstate NY and this was a perfect find. The B&B has lots of character, the hosts (Barry & Denise) are very gracious and they have a super cute, well behaved dog - Karma. They make a savory breakfast in the morning - you wont want to miss this! It's obvious they are working hard to run an inn of the highest standards for their guests....thank you!
